Recognized transformation expert will complete the new management team as CEO on April 1, 2026.

Oberderdingen – Dr. Gernot Stellberger will become the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the E.G.O.-Group (E.G.O.). In appointing Dr. Stellberger, who holds a PhD in business administration, the Oberderdingen-based household appliance supplier is filling a key position for its strategic realignment and completing its newly formed management trio. The 45-year-old will assume his new role on April 1, 2026. He will then join COO Holger Stephan and CFO Michael Herzog in leading the business group.

Dr. Stellberger has extensive leadership experience gained in international technology firms. He currently heads a company that specializes in future technologies for carbon-neutral mobility. His expertise includes strategy, business development, innovation, and restructuring, among other fields. His experience in management consulting and his work abroad round out his profile.
