At our site in North-America, students can train as industrial mechanics – in keeping with the typical German dual system. The young people also spend two months in an internship in Oberderdingen. This strengthens both technical exchange and intercultural competence and promotes the development of a global network.
To make it easier to reconcile work and family life, we have established numerous collaborations with educational institutions and local initiatives worldwide. At our German site, for example, we offer childcare for infants and later, at the age of three to six years, in a kindergarten.
