2.1. Processing of the IP address
Your IP address will be saved by us for the transmission of pages and stored in the log files. We cannot draw any direct conclusions about your identity from the processing of the IP address and other information in the log file.
The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6 (1) f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are to ensure proper operation as well as troubleshooting and tracking of IT security breaches.

The legal basis for this data processing is regularly Article 6 (1) b) GDPR.
To find out what cookies we use exactly, click in your browser software on settings, possibly other settings, and then content settings and/or cookie management (each browser software has a slightly different menu).
You can prevent the installation of cookies by disallowing the installation of cookies. Select the appropriate setting in the browser software for this purpose (under Settings for most browsers). In this case, you may not be able to fully use all functions of our website.

However, if your email inquiry is a commercial and business letter within the meaning of the HGB, then we are obliged to keep it for six years in accordance with Section 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB).
Web server log files are deleted after seven days.
5. Rights of data subjects (including right to information, objection, withdrawal, and erasure)
We expressly point out that there may be legal obligations (such as retention obligations under the HGB) to retain data until the expiry of certain time periods, in which case the data can initially only be restricted according to Article 18 GDPR, i.e. the data can only be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the statutory retention obligations but not for any other purposes. After expiry of the retention periods, the data is then erased.
If you withdraw your consent to data processing or object to the use of the data, this does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing until the time of the withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority within the meaning of Article 77 GDPR. The supervisory authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
In addition, you have the right to know which data we store about you (right to information).
