EGO Tubular Heating Elements
EGO tubular heating elements heat up liquids. They can be allocated directly or indirectly to the medium to be heated.
As they can be shaped as desired, the tubular heating elements (to be fitted to the bottom of the dishwashing tank) can be perfectly adapted to the specific type of use.
Types
For use in dishwashers, tubes of different diameter as well as a selection of tube shell materials are available. Usually a tube shell with bright surface is used to heat the water.A Ni (nickel) diffused shell surface is available as an anti-corrosive option.
Shaping
In designing tubular heating elements which are to be shaped individually from straight heating tubes, one should bear in mind that keeping the bending radii as uniform as possible will simplify manufacturing.
